Personal Data Retention Period

Twins undertakes to ensure that personal data collected and stored in a form permitting your identification will be retained for a period no greater than the time required to satisfy the purposes for which such personal data have been collected and processed.

Twins will retain such personal data strictly in compliance with the regulations in force, and only for the duration required to perform the operations for which it was collected.

In this regard, customers’ personal data shall be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, increased by 3 years for promotional and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to obligations related to data retention or to limitation periods.

For purposes of measures to combat money laundering and the financing of terrorism, personal data shall be retained for 5 years after the end of the relationship with Twins.

For accounting purposes, personal data shall be kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting year.
